Baseball is FINALLY back as Patrick & Henry gears up to take the field for the 2023 season at the home of the Otterbots. The guys sit down with P&HCC Head Coach Brandon Nania to preview the season in Episode 10 of the Otterpod, the official podcast of the Danville Otterbots. At the top of the episode, Wyatt announces the return of Desi Relaford as the Otterbots' manager! As the clear choice, Relaford looks to lead the team to both Eastern Division and League titles. The announcement also serves as the perfect segway to the interview with Coach Nania. Nania prepares us for the season highlighting key players to watch while giving us an inside look at the JUCO and P&HCC programs. We also get a glimpse into Nania's background and how he got his start in coaching. Just after the episode, the guys discussed the recently released cover of MLB The Show '23 headlined by Jazz Chisolm. Was he deserving? Were there better options? The discussion then heads toward Spring Training, more specifically the Spring Training hats. Boy, they are for sure hats. That's where we'll leave it. To cap it off, Jacob says goodbye to Tom Brady with a touching moment of silence.
