It has been a rough week for the guys as they power through Episode 6 of the OtterPod, the official podcast of the Danville Otterbots. Aaron Judge remains a Yankee (9yrs/360mil) despite Jon Heyman reporting him going to the Giants. Christian Vazquez inks a 3-year deal with the Minnesota Twins. The A's ship Sean Murphy off to Atlanta in a three-team deal with Milwaukee. Wyatt talks through his frustration with the Cubs for letting Willson Contreras (5yrs/87.5mil, St. Louis) walk with nothing in return. Jacob has a full-on meltdown as yet another homegrown Boston talent walks (Xander Bogaerts, 11yrs/280mil, San Diego). On the brighter side of things, the guys are joined by Appy League All-Star and All-League Team Shortstop, Jevin Relaford. Jevin, the first guest of the OtterPod, has been a Bots staple over the past two seasons. With a flashy glove, incredible speed, and a solid bat with pop, Jevin has a bright future ahead of him. The guys discuss everything from Jevin's favorite moment with the Bots to his beginnings in baseball. On the other side of the interview, the guys share breaking news that the Patrick & Henry Community College Baseball team will play their 2023 season at the home of the Otterbots, American Legion Post 325 Field. To cap things off, Wyatt faces three tough questions as he attempts to enhance his baseball IQ.
