Drinking and cussing... Who am I to judge? ;)

In today's Pep Talk I explain how I'm not judging anyone on drinking adult beverages but I've recognized that for my own health journey I've had to limit my alcohol intake to (ideally) two nights a week.  I explain how alcohol is absorbed in the body, how long it stops fat loss and how to track your macronutrients while drinking alcoholic beverages.
