In today's Pep Talk I am diving deeper into an Instagram Reel I recently posted that was titled, "7 things I wish I knew sooner." It got quite a bit of feedback and a lot of questions! So I thought I would dive further into detail here on my podcast. All of these are fitness and nutrition related. (I mean if I was doing a list of life lessons I wish I knew sooner, I think I could write a book!)
