In today's Pep Talk I am discussing the importance of sleep!  In my early forties sleep became elusive.  I was so tired during the day but wide awake at night.   When I became a FASTer Way coach I realized that so many women were experiencing the same thing!   And I also learned why sleep is so important for a weight loss journey.  I've been working on my sleep for the past five years and here are my favorite "hacks" to get a full night of sleep.
