Tad Moore, the immediate past President of the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors (NAAR), and Jessica Garard, the current NAAR President, talk about their desires to serve in Association Leadership and their goals for raising the bar for their Association in all things from community service and outreach, equity and inclusive of both Association members and those they serve as well as simply raising the caliber of Realtor serving their community real estate needs.
