Twenty-nine authors got together under the vision and direction of Mocha Memoirs Press and created a horror anthology unlike any other-- one with short stories centered around black vampires. It's called SLAY: Stories of the Vampire Noire, and it comes out Oct. 13th, just in time for Halloween. We had the honor of discussing SLAY with SFF horror and erotica author, Penelope Flynn, particularly "Unfleamed", her contribution to the anthology. In addition to which actors would play characters in her story, we discussed her passion for creating 3D illustrations, eroticism in literature and onscreen, how she's managing her time during the pandemic, her weirdest real-life story, the phenomenon of Lovecraft Country (HBO), and more.
