Fast Wednesday is our commitment to make fasting a regular part of our practice as followers of Jesus. It's an opportunity for us to empty ourselves and be filled by God so we are prepared for whatever we may encounter in life.
And when we fast and pray we have a great opportunity to connect with God not just as heavenly Father, but heavenly Friend.
