Welcome to my second solo episode! This week I wanted to talk about how hypnosis has been helping me, well.. happier! It's been about 10 months since I started using hypnosis alongside therapy to help address my lack of self-acceptance and self-belief. I've made huge strides in this area since I began on this journey, and wanted to share this with you all, in case it ends up having a similar impact for you.
