Your diet and nutrition is EVERYTHING when it comes to college. You may not realize it, but your mood, your focus, your attention span, your ability to learn efficiently, retain information, all of it... boils down to the quality of the foods you are putting in your body! If you eat crap, you will perform like crap.

The thing is, college isn't the most conducive environment to a healthy lifestyle. I know.. and I get asked all the time how I manage to do it so well.
