Down a man and down in the mouth after a lousy run of Cubs baseball, Matt, Todd, and Tom bring you a shorter episode than usual. It's still jam-packed with good baseball talk, though, including thoughts on the recent run of poor bullpen performances; why it's taken so long for Matt Mervis to arrive, and when that might finally happen; and why what would have been considered a fine start before the season began feels a bit underwhelming at the moment. Near the end, though, we all take solace in the fact that the Cardinals are much worse off than the Cubs--for perhaps the first time ever.
