Niccole Miller (“Nicci”) has a Ph.D. in educational leadership and policy studies with a cognate in educational psychology, an MBA with a focus in entrepreneurship, and a B.S. in marketing with a minor in nutritional sciences from Oklahoma State University. As the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives for Student Success and an adjunct professor of Business Communications for the College of Business at the University of Central Oklahoma, Dr. Miller is passionate about student success, retention, career and professional development, and helping students to know who they are so they can live out their unique purpose in this world. Her research interests include athletic identity, college-to-career transitions, resiliency, and leadership.

Niccole and her husband, Nick, have been married going on 12 years. They have two boys, Jack (7) and Luca (4). As a former collegiate and semi-professional soccer player, she loves watching her boys play soccer and still plays on two co-ed teams. She also consults with clients to design reports, presentations, and marketing collateral through her business, Identity 23 Consulting, LLC.
