In this weeks show I had an international guest on from New York. 

Sirsa is someone who suffers with a form of IBS and was suggested by doctors to reduce fibre in her diet,  advice she took but then. After trail and error she how has added in food as medicine and lives a happier and healthier life.  

This is down to gut health improves as fibre is linked with so many benefits as discussed on the show. 

We also chat about how gluten can be beneficial to some people if consumed organic. 

Another topic on this weeks show is the use of the scales can be a poor indicator of progress and other options we recommend.
