Growing on a Roof Top!
This weeks shows I had Brian McCarthy who has set up the well know Roof Top Garden that has taken off to encourage more people to grow there own and supping fresh food with minimal miles to people in cork city.
Brian Talk about how he set up, what are the vegetables that he grows and how he had very little experience when he started.
A new project Brian has set up in Coach in west Cork Ireland and with a flock of hens pasture raises that again supply more families with fresh local chemical free produce. We wrap up with 3 Top Veg that you you can grow your self at home this year.
