In this show i touch on Motivation and Positivity 

Its something that I was struggling with but it happens to everyone and its normal but I have to stress that it important to know that if I only trained the day that I felt like it I would only train 50% of the time. 

You never regret a workout. 

You can choose to see the positivist in any situation

The information you consume on a daily weekly basis really effects your mental health
