Chris Sutton was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He works between Ireland, London, Milan and Los Angeles.
He has collaborated most notably with artists Lady Gaga & Marilyn Manson on their respective world tours, various live performances & videos. Sutton then worked extensively as creative assistant and collaborator to Nick Knight & Lady Amanda Harlech.
In 2015 Sutton consulted and worked with creative director Amanda Harlech on the only retrospective of Karl Lagerfeld's career. 'Karl Lagerfeld: Modemethode' exhibited works from Lagerfeld's entire oeuvre to date.
The same year Chris also made a credited appearance in Karl Lagerfeld's last short film for Chanel 'Once & Forever'
Chris has worked in both still and moving image for clients including: Dior, Fendi, Michael Halpern, Selfridges and Shaun Leane Jewellery. He contrubutes regularly to V Magazine, Vman, L'Officiel USA & Italia, 10 magazine and 10+ Magazine
