Crows Nest Pass is one of the more famous, well-used highways in Western Canada. It is very unique as it often finds itself very close to the Canada/USA border.
There are a lot of small towns to travel through..Cranbrook, Creston, Christina Lake and Grand Forks.
It is a bit of a grind due to the a lot of one-lane, non-separated highway space. I ran into a LOT of people that would do under the speed limit only to then magically speed up to 30 km/hr over the speed limit during the passing lanes....classic!
Hit some weather on this leg of the trip - went from +16 to +4 with a lot of rain, which caused for some accidents along the way.
