Traditionally employees would have to fill in forms and HR teams would engage in back and forth with brokers, meaning insurance policies and pensions would take days or weeks to be issued to new joiners. Kota’s integrations with partners such as Irish Life and Smart Pension allow its clients to enroll new staff into benefits in seconds, and then sync the data through to various HRIS tools such as Workday, Personio and HiBob.
There are also options for companies who may struggle to provide full benefits to employees, who can offer a contribution towards a benefits plan should employees wish to sign up. This can serve as an entry point for growing businesses, and allows for flexibility between employer and employee contributions for a range of benefit products.
