2009 Flinders Law & Commerce alumni, Marissa Mackie, overcame an enormous fear of public speaking to study law. Now a successful Commercial Barrister (specialising in taxation and finance) at Anthony Mason Chambers, Marissa is also President of the Women Lawyers Association of SA, Chair of the Women Lawyers Committee of the Law Society, and sits on the Council of the Law Society. Amazingly, she also finds the time to teach law at a local university.
