Garth Schultheis is a real estate broker with eXp Realty and been an agent since 1997. Garth started in real estate investing in 1989 with his brother while he was still in college back in Indiana. He and his brother moved to Colorado in 1992. Garth has bought and sold several apartment complexes from Cheyenne to Albuquerque, commercial buildings, fix and flips, and development projects. After going bankrupt from the 2009 real estate crash, he has rebuilt his real estate portfolio with a singular focus on multifamily/ income-producing assets, not anything speculative going forward. In the past 5 years, he has successfully acquired 209 units and has 27 units under contract, he continues investing in the long game and building legacy wealth.
