John Van Der Giessen's background is multifaceted as a retired professional athlete, entrepreneur and full-time real estate professional. John represented the United States in the 2007 and 2011 Rugby World Cups, proudly served as captain of the US team in 2010 and played in the French Top 14 League for Sporting Club Albigeois and in the English Premier League for the storied Bath Rugby Club.
John now is a full-time real estate professional holding a key role in a top 5 real estate sales team at Keller Williams Realty International ($225MM US in sales volume 2019). Noticing a huge hole in his wealth and business direction, he became a student of real estate investing. He now holds multiple passive and active investments in the cash flowing apartment assets throughout the US.
