Shannon Robnett has been building in the Treasure Valley since 1999 and is a 2nd generation builder and has completed a litany of projects from police departments, fire stations, a city hall and a long list of office buildings as well as industrial flex space. His main focus is design-build projects and development projects that take his client's needs and develops the project around that to specifically address their businesses. 4th generation Realtor having personally completed over 100 personal transactions and business ventures. He is proud of the work he does with his clients and sets the standard high to ensure the best possible product and outcome each and every time. In addition to the just building, he is also a prolific developer. He has developed multiple subdivisions and taken dozens of pieces through the development process in various cities and counties. He owns a property management company to ensure the leasing and stabilization of current developments.
