For over six years Alina has been an equity partner in various multifamily private placements nationwide. Alina's business motto has been articulated well by Warren Buffett's indicating that "Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago". Her passion is to teach others how to build wealth.
Alina is the founder of two Meetup groups named, “The Power of Passive Investing through Real Estate”, which gather in NY and NJ. In addition, Alina offers educational webinars in collaboration with various administrators of self-directed IRA companies. Topics revolve around aspects of getting started investing in real estate, particularly in syndications by using funds in solo 401k or self-directed retirement plans. Alina has helped her clients to acquire and invest in: over 1200 apartment doors, over 10MM Fund focused on self-storage, over 10MM Fund focused on mobile home parks.
