We had a great time chatting to head brewer, and owner of Silver Bark Brewery, Anthony.
We spoke about his extensive homebrewing history, his backyard brewery, the trials and tribulations of running such an operation, and the inspiration for undertaking such an amazing project.
We spoke about Silver Bark Brewery's past, some of the challenges associated with running a brewery from home, as well as future plans for the venue.
