We had the privilege of chatting to head brewer, and owner of Victor's Place, Alan.
We spoke about how he, and wife Kathrin founded Victor's Place, the renovation process, and the inspiration for undertaking such an immense project.
We spoke about Victor's Place's past, some of the challenges associated with running a combination brewery, and winery, as well as future plans for the venue.
We tried three amazing beers, and spoke about their flavour profiles, the inspiration for brewing these beers, and their food pairings.
