🍊😮💨 2023 has been a thaaaannnnggg with the job market shaking up so many lives - mass layoffs, RTO mandates, etc., etc….you know what I mean.
A few nights ago at our weekly 🍕 night, I noticed that everyone sitting around the table shared one thing in common - they were each building their own thing.
Why? Because if 2023 has shown us anything is that THESE 👏JOBS 👏DO NOT 👏CARE 👏FOR 👏YOU (well let’s be real, we already knew that). But the point is, people are looking for a way out from their 9 to 5 aka 10 to 3 🤭and craving stability and a foundation under themselves.
It’s so scary to think if you’re next and so I continue to see more and more people bet on themselves.
