While navigating the process of entrepreneurship, Lynzie began offering coaching services and hosting networking events and workshops in 2013. Through the process, she learned so much from the artists she was coaching. This led to the idea of launching a platform designed specifically for the entrepreneur in the Beauty/Barber Industry, providing a space for all members to contribute, ask for support, learn from one another, and easily network.
