Last night, I was playing chess with my son Maddox, who happens to be a chess master. Despite being beaten by him, I was surprised when Maddox encouraged me to continue playing and not give up. This reminded me of the power of our words and actions, especially when it comes to children, who are always watching and listening.
Sometimes, it's important to step back and let others lead, as they have a lot to teach us about leadership and other areas of life. Even a simple game of chess can offer valuable lessons.
