Dr. Buske had a rough day at the office recently when one client ran late, causing him to be late for his next client. Tired of waiting, the second client walked out before being seen. Dr. Buske called her immediately because he knew he needed to restore his integrity. With things all smoothed over, Dr. Buske thought that was the end of it, but one of his employees had more to say on it. She laid out how trusting and letting his team lead him could’ve avoided that whole situation. Dr. Buske realized then that leadership doesn’t always mean you’re the one leading. Being a great leader means knowing when to be led. Dr. Buske always welcomes feedback because he knows it’s someone taking time out of their life to try to help him move closer to his vision.
