In part three of our five part training we’re looking at how our feelings fuel our actions and our focus.  A lot of people are experiencing negative emotions right now in these uncertain times, but that doesn’t mean they have to stay in those emotions.  If you acknowledge how you feel you can use that to create different feelings.  Shine light on your emotions so you own them and they don’t own you.  Use your emotions to produce a forward action that focuses on the direction that you want to go.  If you stay in your negative emotions you’ll be drawn to evidence that supports your stance.  Acknowledge your current emotions, decide how you want to feel, and work towards that through your actions and focus.
