Description

Max K is back for another disaster ep! A burst molasses storage tank in Boston, 1919, created an over 12 meter (40 foot) high wave of 8 million litres of sweet, hot and sticky syrup that covered the town. This was far from a slow sludge, this disaster flooded Boston at over 56km per hour (35mph), covering property and horses, and killing 21 people and injuring around 150. Listen as we cover this terribly bizarre man-made disaster.
