In this weeks episode Casey K and Amy K discuss the Angel's Landing Cult led by Daniel Perez, a religious group that captured the attention of the nation in the mid-2000s. There are some terrible ongoings in this episode dolls, please have something light lined-up afterwards. Perez, also known as "Lou Castro," convinced his followers to abandon their lives and join him on a remote compound located in a secluded area of the Arizona desert. The group, which grew to about 50 members, lived off the land and isolated themselves from the outside world. Listen to hear more about the terrible details.
