Description

Oliver Sipple the man known for intervening to prevent an assassination attempt against U.S. President Gerald Ford on September 22, 1975. Your hosts discuss the assassination attempt and aim to highlight a glimpse of the awful attitudes and stigmas towards homosexuality in the 70's. Oliver Wellington "Billy" Sipple was so much more than a man that intervened that day, he had a right to live his life privately and peacefully.
