Todays CFWF Podcast is with Liz Dell. We have been talking constantly for a long time about how mental performance can help your physical performance.
Liz came to me with a idea of creating a program for mental strengthening. This comes in the form of work shops to show you the techniques. Some daily mental exercises done 4-5 days over a 12 weeks period. This is something that we both can be extremely valuable and would like to get some data on going forward with the program.
