Today i am joined by a dear friend and story teller enthusiast Reese Lowe. Reese is a previous spirit of the box award winner for us here at CFWF and currently x-member. Reese is still close with us and has maintained a great connection to many of the members here.
He tells his story from when he started CrossFit, developed as an athlete and person then followed his dreams and trusted his gut.
Reese has been fundamental to making CFWF what it is today.
