I have to admit, that I started on a pathway and with notes on this one and as I do in my client sessions, I took a few diversions that were obviously needed.

That fact that our conscious mind is 3-5% of how we think act and behave, this information with hit the 95-97% of the unconscious mind and begin to process internally and start to break down inner beliefs that may have been creating blockages or resistance points.
