I've been in a horror movie trend lately and have definitely watched some pretty messed up movies recently. #barbarian was one on which I don't recommend if you use #airbnb a lot... But mainly in this #podcast we're talking #trauma... In relation to the movie I've seen recently called #smile and it most definitely is that psychological thriller where one must fight their own mental health... If their mental health was cursed with a horrible way of smiling when it captures its victims... Seriously though, we all deal with trauma in one form or another and I want to explore that today and likely well in to the future. We're also getting ready for #midterms week... So gas up your car and have plenty of food in the fridge. Above all else, GET OUT AND VOTE like your life depended on it! Never has an election been more important now than ever... FREEDOM has never been more at stake and we all must (metaphorically) FIGHT LIKE HELL! #louderwithcrowder
