We did it! One year of podcasting. Thank you to everyone who has listened, provided encouragement, given feedback and cheered us on. We are so grateful to have this platform and this community. In this special-edition anniversary episode, we discuss the highs and lows of our podcasting journey thus far and really get into why we think it’s so important to get out of your comfort zone and try something new: in our case, starting a podcast! We share some funny stories, get vulnerable and hope to provide encouragement to all of our secret spillers that you have permission to go after whatever brings you joy and fulfillment in life.
