We discuss the story of Kansas City rapist, kidnapper and predator Timothy Haslett Jr., highlighting how the police department knew of him multiple times repeatedly targeting and violating black women and did nothing until one of his victims escaped to his neighbor's house one morning, while padlocked and wearing a dog collar. We also discuss the discovery of child abuse and neglect of a pair of 16 year old twins in Houston Texas when they ran to a neighbor's house.
