This weeks mantra is Breaking Bad- breaking that ONE bad habit that is not serving you. The thing that you may not have realized is setting you back or not pushing your forward OR that habit that you have no idea is even present. Often we form habits and over time we forget that we literally have trained our bodies to do this thing or not do this thing. It could be anything from a nasty habit you have picked up to the way you are talking to yourself or the snack that you have in the middle of the night that has become something that just happens without thought.
This week is all about digging deep into your life and seeing what habits may have crept into your life that need to take a backseat or better yet need to be put in the trunk or trash!
Habits, they can be serving or destroying our progress. Let's Break those bad habits, get in the driver's seat of our destiny and remember that a habit is only a habit if we let it continue. The minute we decide to BREAK the habit and take a detour, suddenly it is no longer a habit.
