This week's mantra is CHANGE it UP. The reason why the G-Fit methods work is because we change it up. We take a detour to get us re-motivated and we change it up to avoid adaptation. It doesn't have to be BIG, it just needs to be different. Different ways to do the same things are what will keep you going and flowing.
