Just as Rumi states, your heart is the answer to all. Your heart knows the direction of your destiny BUT we are so stuck in the in between, in the noise, in the Minutia that we often don't drop into our heart to hear what we are meant to hear to take action where we need to take action.
As we learn to drop into our heart and get out of our head, we are able to step more confidently into our days.
