It's time to realize that the acceleration phase is only a phase and to maintain your results, you must pause the prep and start to reap all the benefits of the hard work put in during the prep. If you don't pause the prep and think that you have to maintain prep acceleration in order to maintain your results, you will only face burnout and possibly overwhelm.
