This week's mantra is Singular Focus. When we have SINGULAR (Grass Only) focus, we can then master that one thing before we move onto the next. In the fitness world, it is easy to get overwhelmed by "all the things". I mean, let's be honest, to get the results we want, it takes "all the things" BUT we can not do "all the things" all the time and master them. We must start with one then more onto the next. This is how we master our fitness game once and for all. If you are trying to master it all (water, workouts, supplements, mindset, meditations, meal prep ... ) you may find yourself overwhelmed and that is why we must have singular focus of what that ONE thing is we want to focus on and focus on that one thing.
