It's time to check in and see where you may need an upgrade? Where are you needing to put more attention? Is it in your meal prep, workouts or maybe like me, your morning routine... How are your stress levels? Remember in order for you to get the MOST out of our lifestyle, it is important to do more than just the physical OUTSIDE things, we must ALSO do the internal things such as taking the time to slow down, spend time in stillness and allow yourself to activate your para-sympathetic nervous system.
