Gratitude is the act of being thankful for what is in your love. Exercising this act, will help build the " muscle" in your habit and nervous system to feel unstuck, abundant in what you are grateful for already, and have an overall clear ara and presence.
If you liked this exercise I encourage you to listen to it every morning until you feel a shift in your life and then you will have confirmation that you have strengthened your gratitude "muscle".
