This week, we have “The Gypsy’s Hand,” an episode of The Witch’s Tale, generally regarded as radio’s first horror show. The show aired over the Mutual network and syndication from 1931 to 1938. This episode appears to have aired sometime near the end of the original run.
The popular radio show made a short-lived appearance in the pulps, too, with The Witch’s Tales magazine, which published just two issues at the end of 1936.
