Oscar Wijaya is the former CDC (Chef de Cuisine) of Ju-Ma-Na at Banyan Tree Ungasan Bali and soon to be CDC of Kayuputi Restaurant at The St. Regis Bali Resort. He shares his experience working under three legendary french chefs in their restaurants around Asia. Joel Robuchon, Pierre Gagnaire, and Alain Ducasse.
The three chefs are considered to popularize the French haute cuisine throughout the world, and their influence has inspired countless cooks all over the world.
