Edward Wijaya is a chef who just got back to Indonesia and looking forward to opening his restaurant, showing the skills he learned during his time working in the USA. He is one of many of young chefs who are really excited and optimistic about Indonesia's dining scene and come back from abroad to open their own thing here.
