UNION group seems to be the gold standard of the cakes and desserts scene in Jakarta. From the Red Velvet Cakes, to Bobba French Toast, they have suceeded in both creating, and riding the dessert in Indonesia. We take a sneak peak on how the chefs min work, trying to come up with new ideas that will continue the track record.
